This is correct. Mary J. Blige and Frank Ocean both got 99 cent discounts despite it not being more than 4 weeks. So I think Amazon controls these decisions and not the labels. Honestly I won't be surprised if they put it for 99 cent the whole week next week just to spite BMR or do they not get the album next week either?
I hope even after Red's first 4 weeks and after being added to Amazon MP3 it wont be sold for 99 cents that's shady.. But then again it could be another 1m+ selling week XD
