1. That's because your parents have the genes for both brown and green eyes (the genes controlling both are different). So your parents display green eyes but they are carriers for the brown eye gene and you have brown eyes from at least one of them giving you that gene
2. That goes down to many factors. The main one is pigmentation. Your hair follicles create the pigmentation and sometimes they create some independent from one another
3. That one I cannot answer you directly as I'd need more info. If you really want to know I could do it for you as long as you know most of the people on your mom's side. But I'd say your chances of having a ginger baby are much higher than normal
