Yeah it will have consistency, I think. So long as the right singles are chosen. The question now is what single will be sent to AC because I can't see IKYWT working there. Tay can keep a good amount of country success so long as she releases 4 more great singles to that format and AC should probably get the same singles that country gets. Both AC and Country are the reason why Tay has longevity imo.
If Taylor and her label play their cards right, IKYWT could be VERY huge on a worldwide level, it could even be her biggest WW hit. She need promo in Europe for this, America's not gonna be a problem.
But i begin to fear for the album's longevity tbh. If she releases too much pop singles, do you think Red wil sell with as much consistance as her previous? I mean a lot of her sales come from country fans
I know the album will not be a flop, it's already a smash but i want longevity.
We will see what happens but I think she has a good chance of longevity with the right singles. Trouble is good for getting an international and pop hit in the US. She should then release Red, either All Too Well or I Almost Do and Stay x3 to country radio. Red and I Almost Do have potential for.crossover smash.

They should have gotten the answer from the performance of Never. I get why they would want to try it but the answer would be no. They should have tested out The Lucky One instead.
One More Night
I think that song will tie WFL's record
Unfortunately, no strong competitor for that "Overexposed" song
I'm very sad to see Demi could hit #1 on pop, while Taylor can't with very poppy-catchy song like WANEGBT
I also can't at ALAYLM's success on radio
"Red" selling amazingly in UK first week. INYWT needs to make her even bigger there.
When should they release IKYWT in US? What do yo guys think?
I don't know.... maybe after WANEGBT starts falling? 2nd or 3rd single (on pop).
I think that second would be good to release it as the second one, then release Red to Pop and Country when BA/IKYWT peak on both formats.

agree. BMR's choices really mystify and scare me sometimes. i hope they don't get this potential era messed up
