actually the baby and the pregnant lady werent part of the video... the director had the video ready for upload but he had to go so he left his trainee assistant to just add a last scene and upload it , unfortunately the poor kid used the wrong file the one that had the director's wife labor video... and thats why we ahve everytime as it is... after that mistake Britney's team just told some crap about reincarnation just to fool us....
