It's a website which takes all of the reviews about a particular album and converts them each into a score out of 100.
So, for example, 5*/5 becomes 100, 4*/5 becomes 80, 3*/5 becomes 60, etc.
It then takes the scores out of 100 and puts them all together to get an overall score out of 100. It isn't an average, as the system is weighted, because certain review sites are more renowned than others.
It's the final score out of 100 that is important. 81+ is pretty much amazing. 61-80 is
very good. 41-60 is... Meh. 40 and under is not good...
