Gwen is clearly underperforming with "Baby Don't Lie" and flopping with "Spark The Fire" because they both sound very dated. She is not re-inventing herself. She needs to keep up with the times better. That's why Fergie is winning right now. She has, even though the song isn't great, L.A.LOVE (la la) is still #27 on the Hot 100.

Well this confirms that at least she will do a concert.

Btw, in her new interview it seems like the album is nowhere near, at least not this month, maybe next March.

I guess that she went back to the studio after realizing that BDL and STF flopped hard.

At first I was like, "Oh, I'll just put out a record! Let's do it!" But now I'm like, "Wait a minute." I feel like I was getting rushed by doing the show and trying to put the record out and having a new baby and doing No Doubt shows. It was just a lot to handle at one time, so I'm still working on the music and I think the only way to do it right now, with everything going on in my life, is to collaborate. Some of the best thing I've ever done — things I think are my favorite — are the collaborations.

I wanted to put a record out quick, like, I don’t want to think about it! Now, maybe I need to spend a little more time on it and not rush it. I’m going to continue to write a little bit. It’s been this weird surprise, doing new music. With the first solo records, I had a very clear plan of what they would be that was very distinct to that time period. Now it’s open-ended. I went in and did mood boards, a visual mood board of what it would be and started that way. With music, you sometimes just can’t really predict it.

After BDL and STF flopping, the "don't overthink" and "put it out asap" attitude changed into "spend more time on it" and "don't rush it".

I'm glad, I'll rather wait for a quality record than have a rush album full **** or generic **** like BDL

I wonder what she's gonna do after TV is done, maybe the new album in March or April, then a few concerts and then a few shows with and and that's it for her.

With this interview I realize that she's not that interested in doing new music, that she's kinda lazy and that she ain't gonna do a big deal about her new album, too bad for us.

Also I don't like the fact that she doesn't respect herself, she doesn't trust in her music, I mean, the part when she talks about LAMB being regular for her and that she was surprised to see that th people have interest in her...

And at least she didn't wanted to be remembered as the HOllaback Girl hahaha, so that's why BDL and STF came up early, to have her new music to sing.
