No one can be certain, but I'm rooting for this with all I've got in me, and I have 100% hope that this can be something wonderful!!!! I mean it screams, "HIT."
Plus, if you look at it this way.... it's #80 on iTunes (with a 69¢ discount, which will help give it exposure).... it's #29 on pop radio which is great (along with #42 on HAC, and it's getting consistently decent updates).... it's also #49 on Spotify. Lyric video views are at the 5.6 million views mark and the official music video is at the 4.8 million mark so over 10 million combined views.
I say this is the start of a huge hit.... I truly and hope I am right
Also, keep in mind this is all WITHOUT promo. Tove Lo is starting to make a name for herself here in the US (with Habits and Heroes and now this, along with her incredible writing skills) so, hopefully once she's fully recovered she can get some decent gigs such as Ellen, GMA, and other talk shows. I know she has a few lined up in March!
Also, I'm sure the other countries will eventually follow suite... I mean the song is already taking off in Sweden (it's #36 this week on their official chart & currently #30 on Swedish iTunes). 
I can't wait to see what # it's at in the morning!
