38. Jesse McCartney "Leavin'"
Jesse McCartney returns with his mature sound thanks to Leavin'. The song talks about departure which is the title of his album. The song had a catchy and simple lyrics, but Jesse singing the song makes it infectious especially the chorus. The video also proves that he has grown up from his Beautiful Soul style and image. This may not be as good as his sweet earlier hits, but it's still a good song to listen to from him.

37. Blake Lewis "Break Anotha"
Things may not be good for Blake Lewis this year but he had one song under his belt that stands out. Break Anotha is his debut single from his album A.D.D. Even though this single was released last year, it still made it to my list this year. Break Anotha is a great upbeat song accompanied by Blake Lewis' unique funk and soul style. Too bad that this song didn't even enter the top 100 in the Billboard charts, but even so, it is a decent song which contested the reign of Piece Of Me in my chart early this year.
