It sounds alot like bullying, the fact that they knew it all along she wanted to leave, but still trying to get her ass?
She wanted to out from such a long ago, accept it, no amount of meetings will change her decision.
I thought they are professional? glad she's leaving anyway.

Never really even paid attention to them all that much except when they'd appear on my twitter timeline, but if those messages that leaked of Camilla are real where she was being racist, didn't they I don't know–have a right to feel a certain way about her?
Along with the videos I've also seen she's always tried to be at the forefront and always thought she was above them, when from a non bias and non Stan perspective–she's the least talented vocal wise, nor is she all that interesting and isn't even close to the level Beyonce was when she'd decided to go solo also don't think Beyonce ended her relationship with Michelle and Kelly on bad terms just to pursue a solo career.

Unfortunately for Camilly and 4H neither of them are particularly interesting or exceptionally talented. They are highly unlikely to have major solo careers and in 20 years 5H will not have a demand for a reunion tour like DC, Spice girls etc cos the members were too petty to stay together and build a real legacy. Instead they will end up married, forgotten and just another bunch of Mandy Moores. and the dedication of a few forum twinks in 2016 will no longer hold any relevance.

They could only dream of being Mandy Moore's in 20 years. Her music may not hold much relevance in this day and age, but she's done pretty well for herself in the acting area and was just nominated for a Golden Globe

Drama aside, I loved all 5 girls. They all brought something different to the table and I'd be lying if I said I won't miss Camila.
I wish both acts the best of luck, but I'm riding with my girls 5H for now. I'm a bit upset with Camila at the moment, but I'll ride with her again eventually.

She wasn't "bullied", she just, for some reason, stopped getting along with some of the girls and it clearly became a toxic environment for her to be in simply because of the fact that she couldn't do it anymore. I don't understand why some of y'all are fuming when y'all wanted her out for years. Her contract was over and she left. It's "fair".
Both sides were so wrong in the way things were handled though, because one of the group's main message is women empowerment, and they're swiftly tearing each other apart in front of the world's eyes. This is the worst part of it all... the way things ended. It just breaks my ****ing heart to see them like this.
I don't agree with her decision of leaving. Apart from the fact that I'm utterly heartbroken, I think it's dumb and she needed to stay for one more record, but I reckon Camila is a smart ass girl and she must know what she's doing. I support her and I sure as hell will support my other girls because I love them all. I'm so not reading all the comments in here and getting into a stan war. I know who I stan for, I know her purity and I also know that Ally, Lauren, Normani and Dinah are four outstanding, kindhearted, smart, hard-working women. Both sides will find success and I'll be rooting them on as their biggest stan.

I completely agree with this, well said. 
I am devastated she won't be on the next 5H record, but I support her not wanting to be with them anymore if it has been a really hard year.

Okay, I don't know what else has been said, but just reading that statment from the group makes them seem desperate for her.
Like, they tried for a year and a half to get the girl to stay in a group she didn't want to be a part of? lol. It just seems silly that they would even put that out there.
