Gravity better win BP! To the one saying its overrated, you clearly did not understand the film at all! The visuals were epic too! I expect it to sweep all the technical awards!
I honestly didn't like AH that much when watching...I almost fell asleep at one point near the beginning. I'm hoping that 12 Years A Slave or Gravity wins. I'm happy with the direction the acting races are going.

I actually haven't watched 12 Years but I think it's kind of the same film winning every year. nothing epic. Gravity on the other hand is something new!
From all the acting nomination from AH, J. Law was the one who deserved it the most. At least she did something with the character, she was a scene stealer.
You clearly didn't get the message from the movie. While it is a special effects achiever (I've never seen anything like it), the movie had a stronger message than just a visual spectacle.

There's your problem right there.
It's more than the typical sweeping, historical drama. The direction alone.

I havent watch 12 Years as I said because it still isn't up for showing here. But to be honest I think Gravity should really win! Like hands down the best movie this decade so far! 12 Years as I know is good, but its pretty much predictable that the same kind of movie is winning every year! If Gravity wins it will be refreshing!!!
I'm gearing for Gravity, actually. The tech support is has is something we haven't seen in several years. I think those tech votes could really give it a boost.
