Sine Diamonds had a 22M+ update 7 days ago, it will tomorrow have a 15M- update

I think it physically means that tomorrow, around there are 15 million people that listened to the song on last wedneday and that didn't listen to it today (on th radio).

Today's 5 million + update means that 5 more million people listened to the song yesterday than last tuesday...
