I really don't think she's gonna win. If she does, it will just a horrible reflection on the voting committees. Hopefully they know better.
Like I said, it makes the most sense that Eminem should win. His album is well known + well respected.

Well, subtract all of them and her winning over Common would be atrocious.

Common's about to win an Oscar, though. Blacks always win in the end.

The Grammy's should do like the Oscar's and only have people who are knowledgeable of a certain field be able to vote in the categories for it.

Why did Katy get Missy Elliott though? She couldn't find someone more current and relevant?

40 minutes? That's terrible. Every concert should be at least an hour and a half to two hours. Unless it's like your first tour so you don't have a lot of material, but even then the artists who tour for the first time manage to get it at least an hour.

Since when was the Superbowl about bringing relevant people on stage? Outside of Madonna's obvious pandering, Superbowl acts tend to bring a mixture of old and new, and Missy is well-liked and missed.

It should've been Rih and Kanye, tbh.

Top notch producers are gonna be running to her, and she's probably releasing this year (no reason for her to wait any longer than that).
Yeah, I thought that was odd too. But apparently she's co-headlining with Nick Jonas, so his name will be enough for it to decently.
She really doesn't deserve Best Rap Album, and all I see is a fiasco if she wins. Eminem deserves it the most.
He'll always be able to tour and do decently. He's super iconic.
It's also good he has a big hit now.

I like her too, but it seems kinda weird, like their styles are so different and don't really mix, you know what I mean? Welcome back btw!

Usher's kinda underrated here tho. He had at least 15 years of considerable commercial success (Gold album/Top ten single in 2012, career took off in 97). That's good. Plus, he has well known hits and is still a good performer. And hot.

Katy is a huge Missy fan. She got her on the LFN remix + She quotes one of her songs everyday on tour.
Missy can easily replace Snoop Dogg.

I mean, he's tying Michael Jackson & Marvin Gaye for R&B/Hip-Hop #1's next week, so his career is MORE than good.
He's still huge in the Urban community, like it's amazing how his releases still go head to head with new R&B stars (Chris, Trey, August, etc). & where are the R&B stars who debuted with Usher? Ginuwine, Brandy, Monica, Aaliyah, Tank, and Boyz II Men. No where to be found, haven't made a hit in a decade atleast for each.
The fact this decade he's still obtained more single, album, and touring success than all the other R&B males says a lot as he was doing in 00s and 90s. >
The Mainstream public (white America) is still realizing, but most of the black community will say he's at the top of the list of today's R&B stars. I mean, even 'Good Kisser' was huge on Urban. #1 on R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay, #2 for 16 weeks on Adult R&B, performed with a medley of his hits at BET Awards, and possibly is his song being performed at Grammys.
His tour setlist was great too. Everyone sung all his hits, and remembered why he's the King of R&B.

Yeah, Usher has had Good Kisser, New Flame & I Don't Mind in the past 9 months alone. His only real fluke has been SCTGITY.

This really was the best concert ever.
The hits + his amazing choreography, and vocals. Wowza.
& on top of this since we were in hometown Atlanta he got T.I., Young Jeezy, Young Thug, Ludacris, Lil Jon, and Rae Sremmurd to come out and perform some of their songs + the hits they were featured in.
It was SO worth the money. We were there all night.
