Well even if the injunction doesn't go through i'm fairly sure the trial is mid-next year anyway, but yeah if it does end up with her being stuck with Luke then she won't release new music ever again; which is sad. I hope all this media attention is putting the pressure on Sony to just release her because it is making them look really bad; especially cause they havn't issued a statement or anything, its all very fishy. She honestly just seems to be copping it from all angles at this point.
Regardless of whether she releases new music next year or not I don't see her having much commercial success, which doesn't phase me because it means it'll be more about the music then the charts and hopefully she can re-gain a following that way.
