Do y'all think RTW would be more of a commercial success if it was released today? It sounds more "fresh" to me now whereas in 2011 it always sounded so out-of-the-loop and a bit funky to me. I remember everybody and their mother called that it was going to "flop" as soon as it was released. Although maybe I feel that way because imo today it sounds so much more of an easy listener than it did back then. Maybe because it's been almost five years (damn

) and it's had time to settle. Because it was undoubtedly aged incredibly well. Almost everybody knows the song and most people seem to really get a kick out of the beat and the "who run the world? Girls!" line. I think that's one of the pros about releasing music that doesn't sound similar to the music that is currently popular at its time and doesn't follow any musical trends.
