E.T. was far more fad-dy than Dark Horse though? Did E.T. kill Firework and Last Friday Night like Dark Horse killed Unconditionally and Birthday? Nope. Which song had better longevity on the charts? DH. Which has better total streams? DH. Better recurrent streams? DH.

E.T. was overshadowed by Firework, Last Friday Night, Wide Awake, California Gurls and even Part Of Me. Even TOTGA has more combined Spotify streams than E.T's combined streams.

Let us not forget DH sold 6mil+ to E.T.'s 5.8mil despite being in a digital sales decline AND is certified Diamond whilst E.T. is only 8x Plat.

Roar is a timeless classic. Dark Horse was just one of her other huge hits. Dark Horse is the better song though. Dark Horse > E.T. > Roar
