Bieber ain't making a comeback. He could barely get hits back when his music actually mattered, and an overwhelming majority of his fans either moved on over to the much safer 1D or grew out of their phase.
Making urban music isn't going to magically change everything, especially considering how much of a disaster Journals was. I mean, if he couldn't make it in 2013 with an R&B album, how could he return to the big leagues in 2015 with an album that's going to be full of crappy hip-hop beats? Who wants to hear JB rap?
Anyways, I wouldn't mind a Britney and Em collab, though. It'd slay. Best selling male and female of the 00's.
