I actually don't think this will have a real impact on the voters either, the more I think about it. The people that are likely to be up in arms over this were never going to vote for her anyway. Most people don't care/will forget by November anyway.

To be clear, I am not saying Hillary Clinton broke the law. FBI Director Comey said she did, but that he could not prove it was intentional.
They know this will be a non-issue for most voters by November.
