Well nobody has given an exact date to the video before. They just kept saying the week of October or the end of August. I think this is the first time where there was a real date, well on this thread anyway. Is on Wikipedia's gimme more section. Also in other forums if you look around.
The thing which makes it credible is well because they have a date, and is exclusively to iTunes, which makes sense iTunes knows how much gimme more sold and if they have the video exclusively on their site... well cash-ching cash-ching.
Plus I quite remember saying the the song was going to be available for download somewhere near 20th to 30th of August and well that happened. Now I know I'm not the only one who claimed that someone else i think claimed it first and i agreed with them, and the song came on iTunes just a few days later.
Now if the video doesn't premier well then I'm sorry maybe these new problems could delay it.

if she lost them for the drug test it would be PERMANENT since that was apart of the judge's rule to maintain the 50/50 custody. if she broke any of those rules it would be permanent and not temporarily. gosh now go and cry over Ashlee's sad career.
