Sorry, but many Cats, me included, thought this was going to be another huge number one for her. It was perfect for radio and was released when big pop ballads were huge ala Just Give Me a Reason, Wrecking BAll, Stay, etc. I dont think it was a risk, just a flop for katy standards.
DH is probably still #1 on iTunes combined with the version #182 right?
If WOA is ever gonna be a single, it has to be next (in the USA for sure). Release the easy smashes like Birthday and LL towards the end of the era to make getting the #1 easier when more people already have the album.
tbh I can see Birthday going #1 since its a REALLY good song but it's birthday song idk if it fits regular occasion its like a special song maybe release it during mariah's birthday next month and have her feature : )

Well I meant Uncle was a risk because it sounded horrible on the radio, plus it isn't a catchy song. It has a really weak chorus too.
