Have any of you seen Martyrs, and if so is it as good/scary/disturbing/etc. as everyone makes it out to be? I actually thought I had seen it but I may have just been getting it mixed up with Frontier(s), why...I don't know haha. But anyway, I've been hearing a lot about it recently so I thought I might give it a try. Apparently, Elijah Wood talked about it in his Reddit AMA.

Not really scary but amazing and an epic ending.
It's impossible to confuse it with Frontier(s)
Frontier(s) plays in the backwoods and involves nazis.
Martyrs is completely different,

Haha yeah I know the plots are completely different. I think it was just the titles and the fact that I found out about both movies around the same time, so I just assumed that I had seen them both a few years ago. Then when I looked up Martyrs again the other day, I realized I didn't think I had seen it. Sounds interesting though, I'll definitely check it out. And I want to watch Frontier(s) again because I don't remember much but I remember enjoying it and thinking it was pretty gory.

It's overrated as ****. It's pretty sick and disgusting but it's just really overrated. Most overrated movie of the decade.
