She said in her SXSW keynote that she didn't want to "put an album out into the calculating system" or whatever, and then a few weeks later she said she was planning on releasing Act II. I don't even know what to think

Seriously, I cannot wait for artRave! I know ARTPOP is not a fan favourite album, but I love it sooooo much and to think that she's going on tour with it (and that I will see her in October).
