I couldn't see Gaga releasing a song like that.
Its very Katy/Mariah/Ariana bubbly pop. Maybe in like, The Fame era. And even that's a stretch.
I think her next single is gonna be very mature and grown up, but still fun and exhilarating. She's definitely trying to appeal to a more adult demographic. I think she knows he days with the younger crowds are long gone.
The only thing is that her hair is in her eyes and it makes her look a little...... weird.
