If there are any former Britney stans in here they would know Britney debuted Slave 4 U at the 2001 VMA'S. She did VMA commercials w/ Jamie Foxx w/ snippets of the song in the back to hype up the performance.
It was BRILLIANT.

• 2nd single to be released in early November (Crossover with Top 40 radio deal)
• Release album week before Black Friday
• Wendy Williams, Letterman, 106 special, Breakfast Club, Today Show
• Album signing
• Every major media outlet promo wise
• ABC Thanksgiving special
This would be amazing and I want one song on the album to have a biggie sample

I wouldn't want her to debut the single at the VMAs though.
I hope she releases the album info and 1st single after the album is done. Or at least almost finished. She seems to always release the 1st single while still working on it.
This. Setting a release date puts pressure on her to finish the album in time. I just want her to take her time, and let it happen. I want nothing rushed this era.

During Idol and after Should be the recording process, right now she should at least be picking out beats/producers

I say release the Monday before the deadline for the Grammy submissions, but then again stuff that get's released right before Grammy deadline's tend to get les nominations so release the Monday of Black Friday week and get a full (album sales) week + 2 days + BF sales i can see her doing 350-450K FW

This, releasing singles before the album is finished causes problems IMO
