At this point, I don't want radio hits or hits at all. I simply want new music, Beyoncé doesn't have anything else to prove. As long as she releases quality music like she's been doing it and touring, I'll be more than fine.
That what legends do. When you get to hear their catalogue you start staning for them even if they are old. But for me I was not a JT fan. I remember some of his music plus N'sync but I heard his las album and said this is actually good. Then I started listening to him a lot more. But you alwayse need that song on radio that make people get interested in you as an artis. She done a fab job with her last two albums.

When you are the top dog you alwayse got something to prove. But im intereated in her proving she is the vocal coach of this gemeration and one of the greatest singuers in pop culture ever.
She is making music that will sell good in long terms. See 4, it didn't have any "smash hits" yet it sold way over 3 million copies worldwide. The same amount of Unapologetic and PRISM. See BEYONCÉ, it didn't have any "global hit" and yet it sold the same amount as PRISM, which had Dark Horse or Roar. People will still show interest in her music even if she hasn't released something new for a while.
Urban listeners are more loyal than pop ones, it's always been that way. Hence why artists who do well on the urban format get decent first week sales and end up selling decent amount of copies for someone who isn't a crossover artist. Beyoncé is a crossover artist though, she has urban and pop followers.
She has adapted really well to this new industry some artists haven't been capable of facing. See her streaming and VEVO numbers.
Speaking of Crazy in Love, I would love to hear her sing the full chorus of it on upcoming world tour. That would make it sound fresher than any remix/breakdown IMO!
