ATRL's Next Top Member Cycle 13 | EP9: Moderator Potential

MODERATOR POTENTIAL:
ATRL's Next Top Member is no stranger to past winners and contestants becoming moderators. Winners, Foxay and I, have become moderators; Retro was eliminated from ANTM due to becoming a moderator during his cycle; and most recently two time rejectee Cupid and final three placed Marq recently became moderators. We have also had past winners and contestants be in the table talk to becoming moderators. ANTM can truly be a place to look for potential moderators, so that is what this challenge is aimed to possibly potentially do!
Congratulations! You are in a hypothetical situation in which you are in consideration in becoming a moderator for ATRL. This situation will be taken seriously, so we hope you do as well.
This challenge will partake in TWO parts...
FIRST PART) GO SEES/PORTFOLIO
The first part of the challenge is to provide a portfolio showcasing your talents that will be seen by some special guest judges.
The portfolio will consist of your challenges that you have done thus far, INCLUDING the second part to this challenge! Like all portfolios, you do want to present your best offerings. That means you don't have to include all, but make a portfolio that will showcase the best you. Remember, this will be seen by our guest judges, which if you haven't realized will consist of moderators and/or administration. These moderators/administrators will be able to use any preconceived thoughts that they may have about you during this challenge. Your portfolio should hopefully convince them otherwise of their thoughts, if you think you are afraid that they may have a negative opinion about you already.
***These portfolios are aimed for the guest judges only, but your regular judges will see them.***
SECOND PART) IMPROVEMENT
The second part of the challenge is providing an idea that you think would greatly improve ATRL and its members.
Being a part on the mod squad is throwing ideas at one another that you think would be beneficial to the forum and the members. These ideas can be a new rule, a new feature, whatever your little brain might think would be good. Try not to reduplicate ideas that have already been announced for the future with the update. They will be called out.
