well, first of all: try to stay away during the day from bad and creepy things but you may think that don't disturb you... but in your subconscience it really disturbs you.
So, I would recomend you NOT to listen Avril Lavigne's music because it is bad, and it is creepy and actually studies reveal that 5 consecutive months listening to noisy and horrible music can damage the brain with insidious but permanent lesions. So, stop listening to avril...for your health.
Second, you should try to relax before going to bed..maybe by drinking a warm drink and some cockies and by reading or listening some inspiring and profound words from older and smarter people like me. So, I recomend you to come here everyday before going to bed for us to talk about life, love and sex.
Third, you should wear confortable clothes to bed...a nice and soft pyjama. So leave those tight boxers and tight t-shirts aside.
Fourth and finally, avoid drugs to sleep or for "entertainment" during the day. I can tell you are wasted or under drugs' effect many times here... and that's no good! You should stay away from charlatan-5 and emmanuel_drunk...because they are addicts and...
