Paprazzi which made her go ballistic

Not necessarily. JIVE should get the blame for releasing the album at a time they obviously know she can't/won't go out and promote it. But they just want cash which is why they released Chris and Jordin when they weren't ready. Chris was a bit ready, but it's apparant they rushed him to write "KK" and released it. Jordin, it's gonna be sad to watch it's performance.
Britney is to blame for her ****ed up life. Whatever she did/doing (whether it be drugs, alcohol, whatever) that's all on her. She needs to get that fixed. Paparazzi should just get their ass kicked for hounding her. I hope she continues to run over their feet. I think after 3 times they should've learned let's back up from the car.

I doubt they'll ever learn though, they keep thinking about the cash they can make from her pics, and knowing that to have a hurt foot may not matter for them. ¬¬

I remember hearing an interview from her during the My Prerogative era saying how happy she was to finally slow down for a moment. From 1998 to 2004, her days were basically divided between dance studios, recording studios, gyms, and promotion events with very little time for sleep and no time for fun. i understand why she's reluctant to tour and promote this cd. she was so proud of the MP and Do Somethin' videos because she could finally take control of her life. It's not that she wants her cd to be a failure, but she's almost retired in a sense because she still wants to stay active and involved with music but not spread herself too thin.

I don't know if this is the same thing you said, but my grandpa said that she sort of got to the top too quickly and he said she is starting to stumble.

I know Mike can't see, but everyone stumbles after reaching a peak. Whitney, Mariah, Lindsey, Madonna, Janet. They all went through either personal troubles or career troubles/controversy. And for the most part Mariah + Madonna climbed back thus far. Britney will as well.
I also think this proves that these ppl are living legends. They make a mistake and their whole life/career dropped down, but the pick it back up. If someone like Xtina started to flop, it wouldn't matter. No one would care about a comeback. But someone like anyone I mentioned started to flop people would want and be interested in the comeback. (BTW I said someone like Christina, not saying anyone would care about her...)

Well, Lindsay was a pretty successful actress/singer around 2004-2005 - that was her peak, let's say. Then she went all downhill. So, what Rico said makes sense in a way.

Um Lindsey was a HUGE success as an actress. "Parent Trap", "Freaky Friday", "MEAN GIRLS", then she started to lose it.

Maybe not in your country, but "Mean Girls", "Freaky Friday" really put her on the map. And "Parent Trap" was what started her career when she was younger.
I never put in my comment that she was famous or big due to her music. That would be just crazy to say.

Lindsay's a LOT more known for her movies, obviously. lol
But anyway, let's use Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale as examples - even if Lindsay was a lot BIGGER than the others during her good days.
Hudgens and Tisdale have 2 successful TELEVISION movies, Gold albums and videos with high rotation on MTV/TRL. Lindsay had 2 huge CINEMA movies in 2004, a Platinum album that sold over 250k in its first week and two #1 videos on MTV - 'Over' was huge in 2005, btw.
Now tell me, you really think Hudgens and Tisdale, or at least one of them, are unknown in the US?
