No current country star is able to fullfill her place tbh, not even Carrie..maybe a new star like Raelynn but I think stations wont make it happen (again)...even Taylor stuggled to happen since she s a total slowburner...she was getting bigger and out of control that they were just forced to play her songs but they really didnt want to, that s why real country purists never supported Taylor bar some artists close to her like Faith Hill or Tim Mcgraw. The same is happening to Kacey, stations dont play her songs but the problem is she doesnt get bigger like Taylor did

I hate when they say that because it seems like they're trying to discredit her entire career. She didn't achieve everything "because she knew someone" or because she was wealthy. A lot of people in the same situation never manage to have even a little success. It doesn't mean anything

So the University gave me an extra time to solve the video problem that I told you guys about and I fixed it. I impugned the copyright claim and the video was back. I thought that things were solved but now I go to check if the video is ok to send it to the manager and there's NO AUDIO. Having a meltdown right now.

I don't know if that bit was referring to Taylor. She might have meant it more generally.

When Taylor was writing the songs for AOTY winner Fearless, Kacey was fantasizing about winning reality TV show, Nashville Star. She only came 7th though.
