Do the mods truly believe Lance knew he was posting the other user's pic or is there just a zero-tolerance policy in place for things like that?
Because I've seen another user post someone else's pics without realizing it was actually another user's pics and they didn't get in any trouble for it.

Always make sure you click an empty box (see where I circled? If you're averaging a column, start a new row box under that column; or vice versa if you're averaging a row, a new box in that row).
Then either enter the formula manually in that box or the bar: always type an equal sign first. Then AVERAGE(A1:A20) or AVERAGE(A1:E1). This selects everything from A1 to A20 or A1 to E1.
If you want to average only two or three. Go like this: =AVERAGE(A1,A13,A20) etc.
I don't know. When that previous incident happened I reported the post, said something in the thread (which is all Waffles did) AND complained in HQ. No one ever did anything about it.
