I would not say it's about professional and/or succesful producers, it's rather about finding the right match and somebody who pushes your boundaries.
Beyoncé worked for the majorty of BEYONCÉ with Boots, an unknown songwriter/producer, but Beyoncé had a vision and with Boots help she pushed some of her bounderies on some aspects.
Gaga needs to find those kind of people who are able to push and guide her, through her own vision, if you get what I mean.
