Niki's done a bunch of stuff over the years, and has had several dance hits - two as recently as 2009. She broke her legs in the '90s (sorry, but ) and was in a lot of pain for the Drowned World tour. Then she had a baby in 2003 and Madonna didn't bring her one the Re-invention tour.
I'm impressed by her energy and full live vocals, but there is such a jump in quality from this to Blond Ambition that it's hard to go back to it. Even in 1987 The Ultimate Queen of Pop was using projectors to bathe the entire stage in art

It's true . Actually she gave an interview right after Madonna wrapped the Re-Invention Tour and the interviewer asked her why she did'nt join Madonna .
She said : I'm all for a Re-Invention, not a Regurgitation
