Doctors already have the technology to do this.. I watched this documentary where doctors would make a heart and a lungs out of a cast, and then inhabit it with cells, and then like let it grow, and then at the end the heart starts beating on it's own, and the lung starts to breathe on it's own.. it's just amazing!
