I appreciate what TLOU accomplishes in terms of story-telling/development & atmosphere but I find myself not going back to it as much as GTA V. May be a bit bias here since it's my favorite series, but I generally prefer open-world genres. It's Naughty Dog's best game for sure, but the gameplay doesn't excel to me. I've played different modes of it though to try to enhance the experience (PS4 version) & some stealth components I find a bit unappealing . For me it's more than just "murder & steal" to me with GTA games, it's the freedom, satire, & environment that appeals to me more. It's way more replayable & open-ended. Yeah GTA V has more content than TLOU, but that's just how these two games are designed. GTA V being a sandbox and TLOU a story driven game. I got tired of GTA V driving around shooting and getting shot at by players at a higher level than me, I'm just not fascinated by those themes. I'm always going back to TLOU to pick on details and story lore.

Rockstar had many years to develop their world. The fact that Naughty Dog made the first in The Last of Us franchise into a masterpiece is simply an amazing accomplishment in gaming.

It was distasteful tbh. Like, the Superbowl is a place to unite as a nation and she comes with this lame ass song trying to stir **** up instead of focusing on the positive stuff.
