I'm going to be honest though.
The Sims 4 as it stands would have slayed me back in 2012 or something. All I am now is excited to play it. I'm not really blown away by what I've seen. The graphics are an improvement (no matter what anyone says) but it's not a big enough improvement.
I for a while played another Sim rip-off game that sadly did better in the end than The Sims itself.
You could go downtown and play in places like this:
and even Create a Sim is kind of lagging now when in this game you could be so precise with how your character looked,
you could choose the colour of the stitching, the style you wanted the shirt to look, add text to the shirt (like in the background), the texture of the clothes (something The Sims 3 has), choosing how wide the collar was, layering up the shirt and the jacket and even the
buttons were customisable:
Although I feel like it's gonna be a good game, they need to make sure the depth of editing in upcoming games goes deeper rather than improving what we already have. It's sad that after playing a Sims knock-off the Sims doesn't feel as complete.
