Last season, the 4 coaches had the choice of pressing the reset button or not.
If one person pressed it, they would enter the game as players and the eviction that night would be cancelled.
If no one pressed it, they would stay coaches for the rest of the game, and the eviction would carry on like normal.
They did it solely to protect Frank, who would've been going home that night, because they knew Britney, Dan, and Janelle would press the button. It's so obvious they are doing the same thing now for Candice.
