Gaga has a strong following sure but her only "hit" to date that didn't grow into a hit / benefit from promotion, visuals, radio, etc... was Born This Way (which in fairness still got Grammys and 60 minutes slots a week into release). Joanne's one of her most under-promoted eras to date as well so seeing that excuse is laughable, bitch didn't even perform her lead on TV. MR is getting a proper single treatment, rightfully so. Nice to see effort and a push. Songs are always played in commercials too but that doesn't automatically mean they'll soar back top 10. Every artist promotes, but not every artists see results.
The GP love MR, so I hope radio follow suit and makes the song grow even more.

And I would like to add the following very important fact
Gaga never had perfect management. She just became too big too fast, it just happened. You don't get such phenomenon with promo etc. it just happens once in a generation. Her team always made stupid decisions and such, they always had messy single releases, always had videos coming too late (Telephone for example, i mean it was big cuz of how big Gaga was and Bey and the video being amazing, but the song was literally dying until the MV came out, cuz they waited so long)...
She had great management during BTW, but again, cuz of how big she was they were simply able to book whatever they want / everything. And everyone wanted Gaga on their show/channel etc.
So people that have been talking **** about Bobby and so on this past few days/weeks should chill
Gaga has never been more carefully managent with strategical booking of promo spots and so on.... than she is now !
