I'm not against them working together, but its something that should've been done way back in 2008, not 2014. If he wants a certified hit, he should work with Drake.
R&B charts are pretty dead as it is, as much as I love the genre. Its a pretty repetitive chart too. Both acts are R&B/Pop crossover and Hot 100 is where their skills should matter. Usher is slowly becoming more oriented towards R&B/Hip-Hop charts, but its only normal, he's 35 years old. Chris Brown is a decade younger and is having trouble remaining relevant where it matters most for an artist who had huge amounts of potential.
Again, I'm not dissin' Brown, just saying that what he has accomplished in the past couple of years are pretty soft, considering how much exposure he's had. Compare it to the success Drake has had for example. Sure he's a rapper, but hopefully you can get the correlation.
