Obama won by 17 in '08 and 10 in '12. A Republican hasn't won since 1988. It is not this close.

The polls aren't false. They're all correct as long as they're done scientifically.
There are just many undecided voters in these polls (as compared to actual GE results where voters can't vote undecided).
Her being up by 4 in one poll is actually a good thing since many individual polls around this time in 2012 actually had Romney up by a bit or Obama up by smaller than 4.
