before this, i want to speak up about this game in my opinion..
first, i really love about this game idea (congrats to you Jake to do this game, this game is simple but great
)
but i really want to remind you guys the voters, i look that some of you just save your favorite artists over and over again, and then voting off songs from the artists that you don't know or songs that you just don't like..
for me that's kinda stupid, since before you vote, you should vote off based on the theme.. i saw that some songs that really fit with the theme but less popular than others having a lot of voted off from some of you, then some songs that not that fit perfectly with the theme, but because the artist really popular it get a lot of saved.. and it's really pity in my opinion..
i have a suggestion for you Jake, maybe for the third edition later, you should having some judge that really generic, having wide music taste, and not stanning to some artists to judge the songs that submitted from the contestants, the judges will give the scores based on theme every week, then the songs that having lowest points are compete for votes (it's kinda same with The Best singer of decade thread by strangergab)
i guess it will be more fair then, because i kinda sad looking some of the voters are really biased, and some songs that shouldn't be eliminated, are eliminated.. then the game will be more fair until in the end, we know who is the contestant that really smart to choose the songs every theme as the winner..
that's my suggestion, i hope you can read it and appreciate my opinion..
