That was for an award show, she sang a verse of HIS song and the song didn't even get a proper release or something.

And no Madonna is not seen as the standard for the Queen of Pop, maybe for some people but not everybody. Michael is and forever will be The King, but not Madonna.

Cher usually goes higher than Madonna at any level and is commonly called the Goddess of Pop which is more than to be the Queen.
