The Kyle hate on here is too much! I think she absolutely does have real concern for her sister, but sometimes it's too much for her and she shuts down. I mean at the end of the day you can't control other people, and if you were dealing with a relative's addiction for years and years and years eventually you would emotionally shut down too. Also I think she's one of the only women who has the capacity to just forgive and move on. Lisa and Yolanda will say they move on but they keep the residual anger inside and it pops up here and there. Lisa remembers every bad thing anyone has ever said about her since the beginning of time.
Brandi is a mess but I don't know what the show would do without her. She is isolating all the other women and when they hold her accountable and strike back at her for some of the things she's said/done she becomes really defensive and hurt, She's not exactly self-reflecting.
I think next season they need to let go of Kim or Yolanda and bring in Joanna Krupa!
