Ex: Nicki Minaj to Mississippi
1) Nicki Minaj
2) Britney Spears
3) Mississippi

2 total clicks to get from Nicki to Mississippi.

That's all you have to do. Just provide the wiki links for each click. Something I couldn't do on my example cause I'm on mobile and have the wiki app.
