Maybe but they could of still sent a pop song out at the beginning of May and still released the album in June. If the song is strictly pop it wouldn't effect Body Party at all. I guess we'll see but it's just looking like a worthless push back at this point to me.

I had this strange feeling that Livin' It Up is a J.Lo leftover from the Love? sessions. Looked on ASCAP, they have updated writers. D'Mile wrote it, meaning, of course, he also produced it. He worked on many songs for Love? under Epic. We know Epic didn't let J.Lo take all the songs that she did under the label with her to a different label (only the ones that leaked).

It very well could be. I don't know why, but as soon as I heard it I thought it was. And Ciara is on Epic, and J.Lo was when it was recorded.

And that's not a bad thing, of course, it's a hot song! Most songs artists get are passed along.
