I forgot to mention this earlier, but those 30 seconds of Ride are the first thing Lana's done since Born To Die that have made me GASP. Like, that **** just went RIGHT to the soul. The songs on BTD were good, but they were...disconnected in a way, they didn't give me that weird tug in the soul like VIDEO GAMES and Born To Die do. When I first saw Video Games I had to watch it like 20 times in a row just because I could feel my damn soul being touched by that song and this crazy girl. This record just seems to have so much LIFE and REAL pain and sorrow and hope and joy in it, all the raw emotion that BTD lacked.
And that's just snippets I am getting so carried away
