The prelude was epic, as was the end and the blowing up of cars. They needed more of that and less of the dance studio. And, as usual, the good scenes would've been better with a real director.
If only the whole video were like the end and the beginning, it would have been great. As it stands, I will not watch it again.

I completely agree with this post, well, almost. I wouldn't say the opening and closing scenes were "Epic" but they were certainly better than the middle (WTF was that?).
Unfortunate, but i actually agree with the breadth of Nicole's comment. Perhaps the worst thing about the video is that its exactly what one would expect from her, minus all the former highlights. Ambiguous storyline, too much dancing, choppy editing, horrible angles... The last two really took a turn for the worse this go around.
Her videos in the past may have suffered from poor editing, but this is the first where i was conciously asking out loud
"Who the hell directed this?" ,as I was viewing it for the first time. Unflattering, Uninteresting, and very very basic.
It's sad because there were some brilliant "looks" in the video that if given the proper context, could have soared. The beginning and the end offered up some wonderful visuals, and parts of each gave a glimpse at what could have been a more enthralling storyline if amplified, particularly the whole mental hospital dialogue and kaleidiscope of images towards the end.
Love her always, but in terms of videos, she needs a creative intervention.
