I don't expect a boost from the video, just stability. Look at HIAM. It only got a very minor boost after premiering in front of 20M+ people on TV.

People don't seem to get the point that the best promotion for a song is radio airplay. Since BTW has been exposed to the Pop listeners, it wouldn't get a huge boost (Look at songs that didn't had much Pop airplay but when the video was released, they soared into the Top 10, like "S&M" and "Fkin' Perfect").
