Hilary Duff: "You Go Through A Period of Your Pregnancy of Feeling Fat"

Hilary Duff is finally happy with her body after battling with her weight.
The 24-year-old performer is pregnant with her first baby and is determined to remain healthy for the sake of her child. Hilary has dealt with body image issues in the past and has tried several diet programmes.
Her trainer Harley Pasternak told Life & Style that Hilary is currently following a sensible regimen. She is eating lean proteins, doing low impact workouts and allowing herself an occasional treat.
The star has revealed she is feeling better than ever.
“You go through a period in your pregnancy of feeling fat,” Hilary told the publication. “But I’ve been exercising and eating what I want in moderation.
“I have the same insecurities about my body that every girl has. I got pretty skinny when I was between 17 and 19.
“I regret it because I don’t think I was happy then.”
Hilary is now in a content place with her husband Mike Comrie.
She recently revealed she is looking forward to becoming a mother and finding balance in her life.

In my communications gen ed class our teacher asked what people were role models and why and this girl said Hilary Duff because she made it out of Disney without being screwed up. The teacher agreed and said isn't she doing well with a kid on the way?
I'm so happy Now You Know is being recognized. It's one of my favorite Hilary Duff songs, and it surely deserves single treatment over Our Lips Are Sealed.

Okay, I once again got lazy and haven't updated this thread in about sometime but we haven't really missed anything because Hilary is being lazy and taking her pregnancy easy. Her dog Lola, who she has had forever, recently had surgery and yesterday Hilary and Mike were snapped outside of an animal hospital and Hilary was seen crying, so she gave the fans an update on Twitter today after everyone started tweeting her about it: December 17th: Hilary Duff & Mike Comrie At The California Animal Hospital
