I do think Lisa is actually really good for the show, she's high energy and she's naturally charismatic and funny. I generally enjoy her interviews on the show. Her outburst didn't seem natural to me though, I think she's just trying to commit for the sake of the show. But that criticism can sort of be directed towards several members lot of the BH cast.

Nahh the outburst and attacking of kim, then threatening her on text message was real. Kim and the rest of the cast knows something. But the BH girls keep all the dirt behind the scenes until it is forced out such as Taylor's abuse or Adrienne's surrogate.
I give it another season and the truth about Harry and Lisa will finally hit the fan
) but she's just too thirsty and plays up to the camera way too much.
