TD was at 2.996 million 4 weeks ago. I know it's selling more than 1,000 copies a week. I would think it should have passed the mark a week earlier than this, as it's probably selling 1,300-1,400 copies/week. I admit Billboard should have said something though, but they've been a little off lately, and Neilsen could have messed up TD's numbers for all we know lol.
