Do you know how many people were killed last year in the USA by intoxicated drivers? SIXTEEN THOUSAND. That is one person every half hour killed by an intoxicated driver. Add in the statistics for vehicular homicide (ie. reckless driving, ie STREET RACING) and that adds THOUSANDS more.
